What if I need to extend my rental?

Easy! Just call us at 406-822-4495 before your rental period ends.
Construction site rentals: We'll continue weekly or bi-weekly service at the same rate. No setup fees for extensions.
Event rentals: Extended event rentals are charged at daily rates. If you need units longer than originally planned, we'll work out pricing based on the additional time needed.
No penalties: We never charge you extra just because your project runs long or your event changes. You simply pay for the additional service time.
Pro tip: If you think your construction project might extend, mention it when booking. We can adjust your service schedule as needed throughout Western Montana.

What happens if a unit gets damaged or tipped over?

Weather-related damage: Not your responsibility. Wind, storms, and Montana weather are on us. We'll replace or repair units at no charge.
Accidental damage: Contact us immediately at 406-822-4495. Most accidental damage is covered and we'll repair or replace the unit quickly.
Vandalism or intentional damage: You may be responsible for repair/replacement costs. We'll assess the situation and discuss charges if applicable.
Units tipped or knocked over: Call us right away. We'll come out to upright, clean, and service the unit as quickly as possible—often same-day in the Missoula, Ravalli, Mineral, and Sanders County area.

We carry full insurance and handle most issues without charging you. Communication is key—just let us know what happened.

What should I do to prepare the site for delivery?

For smooth delivery, have ready:
Level ground: Portable toilets need relatively flat, stable surfaces. Slight slopes are okay, but avoid steep inclines.
Clear access: Our delivery truck needs to get within 50 feet of placement location. Remove obstacles, low branches, or debris from the path.
Placement location marked: Flag or mark where you want units placed. For multiple units, show us the layout.
For events: Avoid placing units:

Too close to food service areas (keep 50+ feet away)
In guest sight lines or photo backgrounds
Where they block emergency access

For construction sites: Place near work areas but away from:
Heavy equipment paths
Material delivery zones
Excavation areas

Ground conditions:
Solid ground is best: Grass, gravel, dirt, or concrete
Avoid soft/muddy areas: Units can sink or tip
Frozen ground (winter): No problem—we have stabilizers

You don't need to:
Provide power or water hookups
Dig holes or prepare foundations
Haul units yourself—we handle everything
